Recognitions Highlight the Company’s Network Performance, Service Delivery, Customer Service, Brand and Billing
NTT Com has been recognized by leading research consultancy and market diligence firm ATLANTIC-ACM with 2016 Global Wholesale Service Provider Excellence Awards for Network Performance, Service Delivery, Customer Service, Brand and Billing in the category Large Service Provider.
The awards, delivered at the PTC 2016 conference in Honolulu, Hawaii a few days ago, were based on more than 1,400 customer evaluations of international wholesale service providers for the 2016 edition of ATLANTIC-ACM’s Global Wholesale Report Card. This is the first time NTT Com has been selected as a winner for these awards.
The 2016 Global Wholesale Service Provider Excellence Awards join a list of prestigious recognitions that NTT Com has won in the last few months. In November 2015 the company was named Best North American Wholesale Carrier for second year in a row at the Capacity Global Carrier Awards 2015 that took place in Paris.
One month later, NTT Com was named Best Wholesale Operator at the 2015 World Communication Awards (WCA) held in London. More recently, NTT Com was positioned as a “Leader” in Gartner’s “Magic Quadrant for Network Services, Global” Report for the third consecutive year.
